street in C. D. Hazen's boyhood, and who was himself present at the raising."
(Ancestry. Families Histories. Hartford Library.)

Nov. 4, 1862)
Thaddeus is buried at West Lebanon Cemetery, Pleasant Street, West Lebanon,
New Hampshire (behind the Congregational Church, where his son, Rufus was the
first Pastor). On May 23, 2003, Deb and Meg Donovan found and photographed
the graves. Both Thaddeus and Mary's stones are broken in half, but the pieces
lie next to them. Also buried next to them is Rufus' adopted daughter, Carrie
Case. These are the only Case stones we found in this cemetery.
This has been a 24 yr brick wall, although I have been able to trace him
forward and find quite a bit - I cannot seem to find his past.
Their children were William, Harvey, Rufus, Ira, Mary, Elsa
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
