Sorry Ed, These Cases do no look like my people. Ours came through
Ohio
in the 1840s to Illinois and then to Nebraska and Kansas in the 1890s.
My DNA says I am unrelated to the Connecticut and the Carolina Case
lines. I think my family came from Ireland (DNA suggests) into Delaware
before 1800 then west to Ohio.
Lloyd Case
Lloyd, were your Case ancestors in the Cowley County area of Kansas?
Thanks,
Dee

One branch of? my Case family ended up in Cowley County, Kansas.?
?
Samuel P. Case, Jr. was born in Wayne Co. Ohio 28 May 1833 and eventually
moved to Kansas and died there.? His children were:George E. Case, Uriah O.
Case, John A. Case, William A. Case, Mary A. Case, Amanda Lunetta Case,
and Clara Ann Case.
?
I'm descended from an older brother of Samuel Jr.? He was Thomas Day Case,
b. 8 Aug 1830.? He eventually moved to Hamilton County, Nebraska, where he
died in 1924.
?
Are these the people you are asking about, Dee?
?
Thanks,
Trish
