Lori, I agree with you. I had read up on netiquet before plunging in, but
if I had not, I would have appreciated someone letting me in on these

If a user with your full history (documented, no less) takes umbrage at
the shouting she sees in your post, do you think she is going to be
inclined to help you?
Netiquette is important. Netiquette can be found here (the emily Post of
the Net I reckon):

caps...and then the homepage itself has FAQ on netiquette)
Let's be considerate here. I was only wanting to help prevent hurt
feelings due to lack of knowledge.
