Had lived in Chautaugua Co NY before their marriage.

Columbiana Co
1823: Petition for divorce;
m 22 Oct 1788. together till 1 May 1814.
Charge wilful absence over 3 years.
He committed adultery with Molly ROGERS & for several years after 1 May
1814, cohabited with her.
Also adultery with others, names unknown.
