Hello, Judy,
I do not know of any relatives in MI at this point, however, I am
constantly adding COUSINS to the lineage.
I did not show Nathan as a son of Asahel Case. I did have an
Asahel Jr. and when I run that through a kinship report, it appears
Rachel would be a third cousin of my Grandfather.
Most of his line (my grandfather's) were located in Illinois, Indiana, and
Ohio. I'd appreciate it if you could send a GedCom from which I could
add this collateral line to my GedCom. Of course, any living members
will be denoted as Living to protect their privacy.
I can hardly wait for Lori to get the Ruth Cost Duncan book on line at the
Case Clearing House!
Thanks and God Bless!

Subject: Rachel Munger Case - Middlebury, VT
Rachel Munger Case, born about 1814 in Middlebury, Addison, VT,
married
Ira Yale in 1837 in Middlebury. They had three children that I know
of: Angeline, Nathan David (physician), and Henry (died young). Rachel
died December 7, 1845 in Middlebury. My direct descendant, Angeline,
was born August 29, 1839 in Addison County, Vermont. Angeline moved
with her brother, Nathan, to Petersburg, Monroe County, MI where she
married Horace Young (1826-1908) on September 18, 1874. She died
January 4, 1909 in Petersburg and is buried in the Deerfield Cemetery in
Deerfield, Lenawee County, MI.
I'm anxious to learn if any other Case relatives moved with Nathan and
Angeline to Michigan. I would really like to communicate with anyone
related to my family line.
Judy
