Well here it is--time to try again.I have never been able to determine who
these Case familys were desended from. They are mine but Maryland is as far as
I can get with them, sooner or later someone else will show up who knows they
are theirs too--so I keep trying!
Heirs of James Case are as follows--1853
1.William and Rebecca Case--mar in 1813
2.Zephaniah and Elizabeth
3.Edward and Delia Mitchell Case --mar. in 1820
4.John and Matlida Williams Case --mar in 1819
5.James Sr.and Elizabeth Johnston Case-- mar. 1815
6.Edmund and Anna (or Cynthian) Case mar.1844
7.Edward Jr, and Sarah Case
8.Miles and Elizabeth Case mar. --1844
Please note that according to Mason County Ky Census the first 4 sons were
born in Maryland as was James.
My earliest James Case that I found in Mason Co. Ky was as follows
Nov. 24th 1807--James Case buys a parcel of land on the waters of North Fork
for the sum of $250.00. One hundred and twenty two acres.
November 19th 1828--James Case and his wife Elizabeth of Mason Co. KY sell
for $350.00 land on the North Fork of Licking River. Elizabeth being apart
and separate from her husband and having the said deed fully explained to
her, did freely and voluntarily without the threats or persuasions of her
said husband, relinquish all her rights and title to dowery in and to the
land.
