Heres another of my Kentucky James Case
This was filed Feb. 14th 1865--the final judgement comes on November 6th 1870
Final judgement of James Case deceased to wit, Elizabeth Case now the wife of
(name is unreadable). The heirs of James Case and their said husbands. A
certain tract of land in Mason County Kentucky on the waters of North Fork
some mile and a half below Murphysville and described and bounded as follows
(directions were explained in document)-- Examined and approved Nov. 3rd
1870. His heirs, Johnson Case, James Case Jr., Nelson Case, America Tucker
Case and John Tucker her husband, Lucinda Case (a niece) and late Case and
(name unreadable)and Sarah Case and Edward Case her husband, Pauline Curtis,
late Case amd Wm. Curtis her husband .
The reason I have noted the term "unreadable" is years ago when I paid a
researcher to look these up--when they were copied the end of the page was
too dark to read--so I am certain the originals have those names.
