The will: Richard Case is said to be the brother of John Case.
William Edwards was John Case's step father-in-law. William Edwards m. the
widow Agnes Harris Spencer and was Sarah Spencer Case's (John Case's wife)
step-father. I'm pretty sure New Netherlands was New York but where was
Mashpath Killes. John Case was there in 1656 but how long was he there. Can
anyone shed any light on this?
To avoid any confusion, I think there are two different John Cases referred
to. The brothers are the sons of Richard Case, a contemporary of John Case
who married Sarah Spencer. I am not aware of a connection between the father
Richard Case and John who married Sarah (although that may be the Case).
Coe Wm. (Bill) Case - who married the Wright girl. <A
