Thank you Peggy,
You wouldn't happen to know anything more on the Harris's from Nelson County,
KY. would you? I sure can't find any Thomas Harris b. abt. 1745 Va. s/o
Nathaniel Harris anywhere. I know that the Harris's tie into the Offutt,
Magruder lines but haven't found my gggg grandfather Thomas or Nathaniel
Harris.
Thanks again Peggy,
Jude

<< Jude, Here's what I found
Rachel Case and Samuel Harris--married August 10, 1795
Mercy Case and Nathaniel Harris mar. Feb. 4, 1809
Samuel Case and Mary Davis mar. January 21, 1795.
I had better luck with Samuel--his family is as follows--
1. Peter Case br. 1796
2. Elizabeth Case br. 1798
3. Hannah Case br. 1800
4. Rachel Case br. 1802
5. Aron br. 1804
6. Nancy br. 1806
The earliest Case family in Nelson Co. Ky. I have listed in my court house
records--are--Susannah Case mar. Tyre Harris --1803 July 1
Phoebe Case mar. Philip Frakes April 3, 1788
Mercy Case -mar. John Frake Feb. 25, 1796
Lydia Case born 1772 --no parents named---
Ann Case mar. Adam Green --Sept. 29, 1798.
I hope this helps you out

Jude,
Thought I had better get back to you on this--I just heard from another
person researching Samuel--theres one more child he's number 7--Nathaniel br.
1808--the reason he wasn't included in mine is because he wasn't in the
kentucky records--he was born in Montgomery Co. Ohio--so this family had
moved across the river.
