I have an Ephriam Buell Case s of Roger b Nov. 8, 1761 in Simsbury according
to Vital Records. He m Athilred Case d of Eli and Athilred Curtis. Any help?
If any connection I have their children.
I am interested in finding the ancestoral line of Buel Case. He died
4/15/1864 in Delaware County NY at the age of 76, which would put his
birth at 1788. Other references have been made to being born in
Simsbury, Hartford, Connecticut. It looks as if his Dad may have been
Ephraim Case. I would appreciate any information that anyone may have
on this particular branch of the Case Family. Thanks very much.
Hi everybody,
Todd Case has spent the past year putting the book by Ruth Duncan, "John
CASE and his Descendants", into a genealogy program. And he also has
included his family tree that falls in John/Sarah's line.....
Wonderful man that he is, Todd has sent me the FTW file and the Gedcom.
It is now online!!
Warning! This is an extremely large website, and loads very slowly. For
those of you on dialup modem, I will post the URL to download the
gedcom, if you would want to just get it and browse through it.
Todd, we CASE researchers are in your debt!! Thank you!!
And now, the URL:
http://loricase.com/gedcom/
And, for the gedcom:
http://loricase.com/gedcom/jcase.zip (only 1M in size)
Cheers!
Lori

Every little bit helps!
I have information that a Velina (Marsh) Sherman married a David Sherman in
1830, he died in 1835 apparently in New York. Velina then married a Daniel
Case in 1841 in New York, had a son George S. in 1844 in New York and moved
to Wisconsin in 1847. This Daniel Case is regarded as a Major in the news
paper article of Velina's Obituary from Wisconsin. I am trying to see if
there is a tie between the Daniel Case from Wisconsin to New York (John Case)
Since documents I have my Daniel Case's parents are from Conn. If you have
any thing else that would help me it would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know if you will find this of interest or of any help. The number
164129 is the Henry number used in the Erastus Ely Case manuscript and
gives Daniel Case's descent from John Case (no. 1) as follows: John (1) -
Richard (6) - Timothy (4) - Philip (1) - Abraham (2) - Daniel (9). I have
not followed this line, but do have the following information on Daniel
which might help you confirm the identity from your end. The last
information I have on him is that as of 2 July 1832, his last known
residence had been Livingston County, New York, but that he was no longer
there and executors of his father's estate were unable to find him. To the
best of my knowledge, this Daniel was born in North Hebron, Washington
County, New York.

Does the Bowen Case in Ohio ever end up with a
son/g-son George Bowen Case, born Missuori around 1872
(and who later when to NYC to form the law firm White
& Case?) Bowen is not that common of a name.
Just curious?
Dave

Thought I'd jump into this conversation. I have a
Bowen Case born around that same time period. He moved
into the "Firelands" of Ohio (aka
Clarksfield township, Huron county). Can either of
you link my Bowen to your Farron/Farrend Case?

According to my database Daniel's parents were Abraham and Naomi Preston.
Wish I could be of more help but I, also, do not have death or spouse.
Carol
I have found a Daniel Case at several websites that has a birth off 30 March
1801 164129 from John Case and Sarah Spencer. There is no spouse and no Death
or children. I have traced my Case line back to Hebron, WI, to a Daniel Case
Died 18 Aug 1869. Could this be the same person, a Census in S D states he
was born in Conn. but what I have found at some web sites is New York? Any
help is greatly appreciated. I haven't found a 1860 census for Jefferson Co.
WI yet.
