Dear Jan and Dave,
I have a Jacob Case(born l750 in PA., died l823 in Indiana) who married
a Dorcas Galspye(sp?). Any relation? I would like to know where Jacob
and Dorcas are buried. I'm thinking perhaps in Morgan County, Indiana.
Any thoughts?
Christine Kraft
Barbara,
Your email caught my eye with the name Alfred Glen Case. My line had at
least two David Glen Case, Jacob Case and Alfred Case. They were from
Long Island westward to Ohio, Indiana and points west. In Ohio some
went to Adams, Brown and Clermont Counties, while others were in
northern Ohio. Do we have a connection? Would like to share info.
Thanks,

I truly do not mean to offend anyone, or cause pain by posting an
excerpt of this obit:
08 Mar 2000
Prisoner at Michigan City (IN) dies.
Mark Case, 37, died shortly after awakening at 6:30 a.m., while talking
to guards, as he was sitting on his cot.
Case was obese, and an autopsy will be performed to ascertain cause of
death.
I have scanned the newspaper clipping and will send it to anyone who
wants a copy and can print graphics.

Did you ever hear of James D. Case b 1833 NC m Emeline Elizabeth Didama
Permelia Fletcher b 1843 NC. (Boy, wasn't that a name to hang on a baby?)
They were married in NC, then were in Whitley Co., KY by 1833. Later in life
James and Didama divorced (might say he was a scoundral) and she went to OK.
She lived there with a George Powers (a grandson). She is buried at Erick OK.

Hi everyone,
Here is a URL that has the Dorset ship's list, and William CASSE is
listed, but not John. However, John CASSON is listed, so I am wondering
if the transcriber just misread the writing. He got the info from
