both are buried in St Mary's Cemetery in Oakland in the same plot with 2
of their sons Guiseppi (b 1882 in CA d age 9 yrs) and William (b 1889 in
CA d 1948).

So I have figured out this family came from Italy (where I don't know
but I will guess Genoa since my family is said to be Genovase even
though that doesn't mean they ALL came from there, but it may be a good
guess). Likely married in NY abt 1874. They came to NY before Magdalena
is born since she is born there in 1875. Then between 1875 and 1878 they
moved to CA (SF or Oakland area).
