I would like to thank you for your response. You found Williams wife and
first daughter. Adelia and Eudora. Adelia died 24 July 1877, possibly in
Boulder Creek. Making progress!
Is Boulder Creek in San Lorenzo Valley area ?? What is China Grade ??
The other two cemeteries aren't my family, but will save the info anyway.
Thanks again, ............... Cliff

In a message dated 10/9/2006 2:41:40 P.M. Pacific Standard Time,
Researching William A Day, brother of my g-grandfather, James P Day.
William b. 1830 ME, came to Santa Cruz before 1880. Was listed in a town
TWP of San Lorenzo, Santa Cruz Co. in 1880 & 1900 census'. Can't find
Lorenzo on my Calif maps.
May have been another brother, Nathaniel Day, there also.
Does anyone on this list know of this family. There is a Day Valley
(Family) Cemetery near Aptos. Could this be of the same Day family.
