Hi Lynda,
I must have missed any reply Jay may have made to Cary Roots, however on
March 23 I replied to a posting Jay made re Barnabus which I cannoy now
cut/copy for you. (Wish I could)
I do know there were two Barnabus' and the confusion came from, "The
Plymouth Pilgrim", by Seth Cary. Looking carefully at the genealogies and
the clarification made by Luther Cary as well as Bulletin no. 9, May 1910
of The John Cary Descendants" page 59, item 2, Seth wrote about the two
good men Barnabus. Luther Cary wrote in his addenum " Mary short and
barnabus CRARY of Providence, RI, married Feb 24, 1759. The first two
children born, their surname was CRARY the rest was CARY".
I would like to discuss this with you further, please send email to me
direct. Thank you and I look forward to your reply.
Sincerely,
Dan Cotton
