Hi
Sorry for the large font and blod type but my eyesight is failing and I
want to see what I am typing.
I am a descendant of the Barnabas Cary who went to Pa in ca. 1770
the Barnabas Cary who went to Ringe NH was in fact Barnabas CRARY.
His father changed the name to CART before moving there.
Luther Cary whose mother was an assistant or secretary to Seth Cary who
wrote the book "John Cay - The Plymouth Pligrim" and the wrong Barnabas Cary
was followed to NH in the book. Luther corrected this and it is on
fillm thru the LDS.
I am in the process of starting to pack up my genealogy research of 20-25
yrs. and sending it to my niece in PA. I will look up the film # and
send it to you if you would want it. Also I could scan what I have
concerning this and send it to you via attachment to emails if you already haven't
got it from another person.
In any case, Good Luck

There is a controversy as to the parents of Barnabus Cary. There were two
of that name born about the same time. Does anyone know if this has been
resolved yet?
I am a descendant of Theodore Atkinson Cary (b. 1770) of Rindge, New
Hampshire and Springfield, VT. He was son of Barnabus.
