We have had look-ups done for the Cary family on the Northamptonshire
Rootsweb list to no avail. I'm assuming John was born mid 1770's and
just wonder as a long-shot if anyone knows of this John Cary who had a
daughter Maria. Dreaming of a break through. Cynthia Brodie

There 3 Cary's in Northampton who are documented with property. You'll find
them at
http://www.esva.net/ghotes/
These Cary's lived there earlier than your John.
Cary Esther N84 1782
Cary Obediah N109 1754
Cary William N84 1772
Here's the map link:

This is the link to see who lived in section N84
(

This is the link to see who lived in section N109:

There isn't much more on the Cary's on the site but it may give you ideas
about where to look.
My own Cary is: Joseph Cary b. 31 Mar 1799 in VA (unknown county). He
married Catherine \\ b. 18 Apr 1802 in TN. They lived in Washington Co., TN
(East TN) by 1830 and died there between 1884-1888. If they are on your
list, I'd love to hear about them.
