Hello,
You didn't give the location of your Cary or Mead family. It's a long
story (and one of my "brick walls") but I am working on a Cary, Dolph,
Griffin, Marcy string of families and relationships in the Wyoming
Valley of Pennsylvania, by way of New York state. If you think this is
the area and that your Cary/Mead family might be Quakers, I have a tiny
bit that might help. I'll be away for a week, but will look forward to
your reply.
Always willing to grasp at the tiniest possibility!
Hopefully,
Mary O'Donnell

Dutchess Co. NY. The information on birth date is from census information. Her
parents were Richard Brimson Cary (1814-1861) and Mavis Garetta Cary (1825- )
I have no further information about what happened to her, but I do have information
on sibblings and grandparents.
