Hi, Pam - The Braswell line is found in many places on line, but that isn't
my line. Wish I could help you out. You might try Googling names, and see
if you turn up anything. My line was in North Georgia, just over the TN
line, but not as early as the 1820's. I am descended from Cornelius Carver.
Our branch of the Carver's came from England to VIrginia, to North Carolina,
to Georgia, and then on into Tennessee. From there, our Carver ancestors
spread out all over the place. Good luck. Look up William Branswell on
Google. That might turn up something. Any Search Engine is worth looking

I have carver research in TN I have an Nancy Unknown Maiden Name Carver
Hughes. Smith/Jackson County Census. However in the Census says born
1815-1817 KY and later in years it says VA. However Since KY was once VA
she could be right
