surveyed 23 MAR 1753; 320 acres including where he lives on Northeast side of
Ceedar Creek; adjoining Robert Wharff, Edward Cartmill in Hite's former
patent line, Harison, Joseph Vance (?), John Larrick [could this be
Warrick?]. Surveyed by Robert Rutherford.
30 JUL 1756- Transfer request from Morse witnessed by James Hooper & Robert
Warth. 16 SEP 1772-Samuel Vance & John Warth were present when Cartmill
bargained with Samuel Moss (sic) for above land before Isaac Hite.
Nathaniel Cartmill, heir of Nathan Cartmill; no warrant, surveyed 20 MAR
1750-51; 133 acres adjoining Benjamin Smith, Samuel Merifield & Cartmills
patent. CC: Richard Hiland & Samuel Merifield. Surveyed by William Baylis.
22 SEP 1766- I do certify that Nathaniel Cartmill is ye eldest son of
Martain (sic) Cartmill, Deceased...(Signed) IW (?) Hite.

Northeast side of Opeckon; adjoining Benjamin Smith, Cartmills patent, David

Nathaniel Cartmill, 27 MAR 1753-10 APR 1753; 130 acres adjoining his own
patent land under North Mountain & and on drains of Opeckon; adjoining
William Chaimbers, John Beckett, Cartmills patent. CC:Nathan Cartmill & Isaac
McCown. Surveyed by William Baylis.
Nathaniel Cartmill, no warrant, date from survey 11 FEB 1761- 3 APR 1761; 225
acres on head of Opeckon near North Mountain; adjoining William Chambers,
said Cartmills patent, John Beckett. CC: Isaac Potts & Samuel Merrifield.

Here is a link to a surname page that has Warth in it.
It also has a Walker in it as well, one of my great grandmothers
was a Walker who married a Donaldson and one of her sons married
Margaret (Martha Cartmell). May be a clue there.
