Clara B is my great grandmother. In other census records I have her siblings
listed as Valentine Bertie, Dora, James. I have an obituary for Val Carter
where he was killed by a train, Bertie married a Meadows and had 2 children,
Dora died in 1903, (Kanawha County Death Records Book 2. My grandmother
also referred to Uncle Norman and Uncle Oswald but I don't have any info on
them yet. Clara B. Carter married Samuel H. Tinsley and had 6 children.
My grandmother Ethel Lee Carter was the youngest and had a twin sister Edith
who married a distant cousin from Va. She had no children. Ethel married
Charles Gentry Javins and they had seven daughters, one of whom was my
mother, Alfreda Louise Javins who married Albert E. Dery and had 5 daughters
and 1 son. My name is Barbara (Dery) Baldy. If you would like copies of
the info I have I will gladly send them to you. If we're related then
welcome and I would love to know any further info you have. Thanks!
