Need info on JOHN CARTER, b. 1814 in VA, d. 1877 in Marion County,
Florida, buried in the Carter family cemetery. He married SARAH
(SALLIE) AMANDA LEE, b. 1817, d. 1904 in Marion County,FL.
They had a daughter CATHERINE (KATIE) E. CARTER, b. 1/13/1839, d.
5/07/1902, m. LINDSEY DAVIS (son of J.B. and M. M. DAVIS), b.
05/18/1847?, d. 12/05/1877.
JOHN CARTER's headstone reads that he was the son of GEORGE CARTER.
Is this the GEORGE CARTER, b. 1787 in SC, brother of BLAKLEY ANDERSON
CARTER, b. 1805 in SC, d.1857 in FL, and son of JOHN CARTER, b. 1756
in Spottsylvania Co., VA, d. 1832 and married ELIZABETH LEE, b. 1766

Who were SARAH AMANDA LEE's parents and siblings?
All info welcome.
