might help someone find missing links in their family historys.

Frederick Carter, draper, aged 37, native of Leicestershire; arrived in 1865 by the
Roxburgh Castle; died November 16 [1869], of disease of the liver and kidneys. [13]
James Carter, plasterer, aged 42, native of England; died on the 6th May [1870], of
accidental injuries to the head; further particulars unknown. [19]
John Carter, detective, aged 39, native of Yorkshire; arrived in 1859, by the Great
Britain; died from accidental fracture of the breast bone. [17]
Josiah Carter, tallow-melter, aged 43, native of London; arrived in 1850 by the Bolton;
died November 30 [1869], of phthisis. [13]
January, 1871 to December, 1872
