There's an excellent program called Hitman Pro that works VERY well, too, with a free
trial period.

Subject: [CARTER] You have malware in your computer
Your computer is infected with zombie malware. You are sending out
spam messages to everyone in your address book with a highly
suspicious link enclosed without your knowledge. Your anti-virus
program may not detect it and therefore not be able to help you deal
with the malware.
Warn all the people who in your address book - "DON"T clink on that
link as it could spread the infection to your machine".
If you need help, go to a website that has a support forum with
trained volunteers to help you. There are several, but the one I know
most about is the "MajorGeeks" site.
* Go to the MajorGeeks homepage (I'm not giving you the link because
you shouldn't be clicking on strange links!).
* Click the "Support Forum" link (currently at the top of the
homepage, used to be in the right-hand column).
* Click the "Malware Removal" forum. Read all the sticky notes and
follow the instructions.
* If that doesn't help, post into the thread and wait your turn for
individual help. Since these are trained volunteers and can be
extremely busy, be patient.
Of course, you can instead go to a computer repair shop. Staples and
Best Buy have in-house computer repairers. There are also many private
shops - look in the telephone book yellow pages or to find a shop that
specializes in your computer brand, search at your brand's website.
There will be a fee, of course, but the professional route may be
faster and less confusing than dealing with it yourself.
It's good to have options.
Meanwhile, STOP STOP STOP going to shady websites, clicking on links
in unsolicited e-mail, and clicking on FaceBook links and the like.
