I am looking for info on Robert D. Carter. He is listed in Jackson Co. GA in 1830. He was
married to Sally Jarrett in 1810 in Jackson Co, GA. I am told he came from NC, but no
proof. Any help appreciated.
Thanks,
Angie Justice
