Wow! I wonder if my Carter ancestor, would fit? I am at a stand still.
But being female, I can't see a way to find out! JJ

Subject: [NoCarter] Carter dna results
Some of you may want to check out
www.familytreedna.com
to see results posted on the CARTER dna project.
Within the past year two CARTER men whom I thought were
related had 37 dna markers tested and sure enough they
matched 36 out of 37 markers. And we found another CARTER
descendant whose markers matched perfectly. These men
descend from Rev. Thomas Carter the first ordained congregational
minister of Woburn MA in 1642. One of the fellows was my
brother and the results substantiated my genealogy research
where I have a troubling missing link. The results of these three men
are listed in Group 17 of the Carter project. Their are many other
markers and genealogy charts posted.
