Here is a copy of an email sent to listowners and board managers:
Late yesterday we began receiving reports that people could not
access
ancestry.com or more importantly
boards.ancestry.com (they
were receiving "host unknown" errors and traceroutes were impossible
to do as well).
Today, we've received word that, as time goes by, more people are
unable to connect. The people who were having problems yesterday are
still having problems today.
This message is to let you know that the problem has been escalated
internally at Provo. No ETA on a fix/resolution. We have escalated
the problem.
