Due to a computer problem (me) I lost all my bookmarks and my address
book last weekend. So, if in the past couple of weeks, you asked me to
do a lookup and you haven't received it, I apologize because I don't
have it anymore. So, please resend it if you still want it.
Anyone one else wanting a lookup can also send requests. I do them for
all Ireland counties except Co. Clare (see
http://www.clarelibrary.ie)
since they are on line at the library site. I also do them on the
weekend so if you send your request to me during the week, you should
receive the lookup by the following Sunday.
Please only send up to two surnames with only the county and civil
parish, if you know it.
If you don't know what the Griffiths Valuation is, I suggest that you
look at the mailing lists' archives or if you go the Co. Clare library
there is a brief explanation there. Also, try a search engine and I am
sure you will find a site that clearly defines this wonderful tool in
Irish genealogy.
