Upgrading Markers will not give you more Carter matches. Upgrading
Markers filters out matches. That is, upgrading gives you fewer matches.
You only need to do an upgrade from 37 to 67 if you want to filter out
existing matches.
A reason to do the upgrade would be if you have a strong match at 37
Markers with a non-Carter surname and you wanted to see if the match holds
up at more Markers.
