That is exactly what I was talking about. For most surnames, the data is hosted on-site
at Family Tree DNA. They didn't do this for the Carter surname.
If you go to the Family Tree DNA website and search on Carter you end up here:
That is what I mean when I say Family Tree DNA "outsourced" the Carter Surname
Project to Vickie. For many years Vickie did a WONDERFUL job. But what happened???
