[CARTER-DNA] The Donor, not the Sponsor
by Holly Carter Dunlap Georgia
You need to fill in this "Ancestor" information as it relates to the man who gave the DNA sample. The Donor, not the Sponsor.
The name for "Most Distant Known Paternal Ancestor" should be a male. Y-DNA is passed from father to son. The name for "Most Distant Known Maternal Ancestor" should be a female. mtDNA is passed from mother to child.
