You will find most of them at the LDS, various university and city libraries
in the USA in Florida and Georgia and, in Canada, somewhere in my storage
unit with the rest of my genealogy stuff that I cannot get at for the
moment. There was a wide circulation, especially of later edtions, when got
it up and running and the word got out. It came out about twice a year
beginning in 1974 for something like ten years, if I remember correctly.
