This appears to be your family in the 1920 census:
1920, ILLINOIS PULASKI MOUND CITY
Series: T625 Roll: 393 Page: 209
Surname GivenName Age Sex Race Birthplace State County Location Year
CARSON O P 38 M W IL IL PULASKI MOUND CITY
O. P. is the head of household, 38, b IL, fa b TN, mo b IL, and he worked as a carman on
the R. R. His wife was Myrtle 23, b TX, parents b U. S. Children were Oliver 15, Frank
14, Fred 12, all b IL, and _allie May 2 yrs. 7 mos. b TX.. [If Myrtle's age is
correct, she must have been a 2nd or later wife. See 1910 below. Perhaps you can find
them in the 1930 census - I don't have an index for that one yet.]
This looks like him in 1910:
1910 ILLINOIS PULASKI 2-WD MOUNDS
Series: T624 Roll: 319 Page: 216
CARSON PERRY 28 M W IL IL PULASKI 2-WD MOUNDS
He was a boomtender at a sawmill, with wife Nellie 22 (or 23?), b OH, parents b OH, md 7
yrs, had 3 children, all living ; children were Oliver 6, Frankie? (or Francis?) 4,
Fred 1 yr. 6 mos, all b IL, Perry's mother Anne 62, wd., b IL, parents b TN,
seamstress, and sister Mary A. 27, single, b IL, fa b TN, mo b IL, no occupation. They
were living on the east side of High St.
And I suppose this could be him in 1900 - he's the right age, but not much else to go
on:
1900 > ILLINOIS > RANDOLPH > SOUTHERN ILLINOIS PENITENTIARY
Series: T623 Roll: 338 Page: 129
CARSON PERRY 18 M W IL IL RANDOLPH SOUTHERN ILLINOIS PENITENTIARY
He is a prisoner, listed as single, laborer, b IL, parents b IL, [but it looks as though
the census taker put that down for almost everyone.] He couldn't have been there too
long, since he md about age 21, per 1910 census.
