Do you happen to have a Margaret Carson who married a John Reed in NC late
1700's ( removed to TN) in your Data?
Patricia
The Margaret Carson who married John Reed is likely connected to my Carson
line from Lancaster PA (David, Robert, William and Moses Carson). They
married 1753 - 1762 in PA, then moved to Orange/Caswell and Guilford NC
1760s-1770s. A Robert Carson shows up in Guilford 1778 next to Woods, Hannah and
Strain inlaws from Lancater PA. The William Carson bondsman could be Margaret's
father, uncle, or brother. Elizabeth and Mary Carson who married Bells are
dtrs of these Carsons, based on my circumstantial findings. They moved to
Washington TN 1780s with the group.
