Thank You for the reply. I have hit a dead end on them, I have the
1910, 1920, 1930, Census on them, the marriage of their children,
Clyde C Carruth, b. 1897 Arizona, m. Katherine C. Her Mother's
Maiden name was Johnson, don't know her Father's Surname. Clyde
and Katherine had a daughter, Bettie Jane Carruth, she married a
? Marvin. Harry Hope married my Aunt, Anna M. Gunzenhauser,
they had one daughter, Beverly, lives in Iowa.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
They were married in Reno, Nevada, I was Baptized 15 minutes later
in the same church, have the marriage license, but can find nothing
else on any of them. Clyde died in Elk Grove, Sacramento
County, California in 2003, Harry was murdered in Portola, Plumas
County, California, in 1933 nothing in County Seat at Quincy??
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
All the Caruth, Carruth, I have been chaseing from Irleland,
North Carolina, Tennessee to Texas, all the same Family, but I can
not connect them, they all were Farmers.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Thomas b. 1840 Tennessee, Thomas O. b. Tennessee, 1872,
Clyde and Harry born in Arizona.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I have a Thomas Caruth, born 1840 in Georgia, wife Mira, born
1850 in Tennessee, had three children, Willie, born 1868 in Tennessee, Harry born 1877
in Tennessee, and Thomas born
1872 in Tennessee. This Family are all in the Building Trade,
Carpenter, Lather, Thomas O. was a Carpenter, Clyde was a
Lather, Harry was a Fireman on the Wester Pacific Railroad.
I beleve this may be the Family, but so far I can't connect them.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
How could they just disappear??
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ancestry.com gave me a clue, to research, was Alda Ola Etheridge, b. 1880 d. 1946 -
married Jackson C. Carruth, b. 1875
d. 1900, but that has run aground also.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Thank You any way, God Bless.
