I would like to participate but I woould not be of much help to the group.
My line stops at an abandoned six year old boy - Colin - Carrell/oll(?) in
1768 in Frederick Co., VA. My thought would be to compare with someone who
has good data to connect to the main Carroll line which - as I understand -
is through Charles Carroll of Carrollton.
I have checked with one company offering cheek swab kits for hemachromatosis
testing and have received same. that would be the easiest way to go provided
the sample is adequate for the genealogical purpose.

If enough people on the Carroll list indicate interest, I will
endeavor to coordinate the specifics...

Blood/dna testing would be excellent! Has anyone ever talked with the
Jordans about how they started the program and how they motivated family
members to contribute?
