Some of the names on your posting are familiar to me. I'm
researching a
Margaret Carroll who emigrated from Ireland (possibly County Cavan) and married
a James Farley in about 1878. They settled in Staten Island, NY. Margaret
was believed to have had a sister by the name of Julia who married a Michael
Halloran. They eventually settled in the same area of NY. Julia and
Margaret's mother was believed to be a Burke.
Please contact me if these names/locations sound familiar. Thanks
