Absalom Carroll was a Reveloutionary Soldier that died 1820-1826 in Wayne County, Ms. In
1826 Jones County was formed from Covington and Wayne Counties and making Absalom Carroll
being buried in Jones County. Non of his descendants are left here. If you go to
Genealogy.Com and you will find a family tree on the descendants of Absalum, his wife
being Eleanor Robinson by: Ken Williams. Maybe you can find what you are looking for.
There is another Absolum Carroll who went to Perry County, Ms which I think is another
line of Carroll's. I'm in contact with some people in Lousiana who is suppose to
sent me information for the history book that we are compiling on the first Absalom
Carroll. As you will see Absalom is spelled several different ways. Happy hunting.
