The name in the subject line served in the following unit during World War 2:
417th Inf. Reg. 76 Tank Co.
U.S. 3rd. Army
2nd PLT 3rd. SQD.
A friend of mine has a Captured NAZI flag that this soldier along with the following
soldiers names signed on it, it appears that the names of towns & states are their
home town & state at that time, I would like to locate the graves and/or any living
survivors that signed this flag.
IF the name below has a # beside the name it means I have already found the person either
alive or grave, IF the name has 2 # # beside the name the person I have found is in
question.
IF you are a descendant of one of these men and you can PROVE such with the location of
his grave etc. and you want pictures of this flag with his signature I'd be more than
happy to send such at cost.
