If we're speaking of things that would help in the notes on this CARROLL
List in particular - one of the bigger problems could be made better if
people would not include every single note for each reply that they make -
It adds so much unnecessary clutter to the List that it makes it harder to
tell even which ones are the newer notes - some of these end up just 'way
too long with the duplications over & over.
A little "judicious pruning" on what a person includes along with his/her
reply on the List would help as much as having that original info of time
& location in the header.
The same type of problem exists with our Duplin Co List, also & I know
many of us post to each of those.
Many of us are doing more than 1 surname research & do have more than the
1 surname List or location List in our subscriptions that we receive most
days, so being respectful of more than just our own interests is something
to keep in mind - always on every List.
