Dear Jan,
All that info is at our old web site (now just a mirror site), and an
updated version will be soon available at our new site at
http://www.clancian-carroll.com.
I'm going to start editing the history in a few weeks. Is this the
information you're looking for in your e-mail?

I have lost my paper that had the origin of the Carroll surname. I wanted to
include it in my narrative summary of my Carroll family. Does anyone have this
information?
Perhaps you could copy and paste it to an e-mail.
I would be MOST appreciative. Thanks, Jan
Hello!
I am looking for the parents and/or siblings of my great grandmother
Rosella Carroll. I believe that she was born in Washington, Dc about 1858.
She married John W. Payne and was living in Montgomery county MD in the
1880 census. They had three children:
Nancy, Lydia (or Sida) and William Edward Payne. I think all three children
were born in Montgomery County MD, but I am sure that William was.
I know that Rosella was still living when John W. Payne died in December
1936. They were at that time living on C St. SE Washington DC.
I would appreciate any help at all.
Thank You
Winona Frye
