I've been called lots of things, but Eric, being called "Miss
Scarlett" is a new one! I'm not too sure if I should thank you or
write something sarcastic in capital letters! Yes, some of us must
work here in the hot south, while some of you are cool as a cucumber
there in the Northwest, 'Bless your heart!'
Isn't it amazing that we have North, South, East, and West here in the
US and others around the world all trying to unravel this ONE family?

does seem to be a good site for Charles Carroll's family. Now my
reason to want to know about it.... Who will volunteer to find a
living male who is definitely glued to this family, and contact him
with a request to take the DNA test?? I wrote one letter to the man
who was living in the home a couple of years ago. Right now I don't
remember the name or address. We need a sample of that DNA.
Thanks,
Lura Southard

: Thank you Miss Scarlett, <GRIN>
:
: You have really energized this List! Folks seem to be drawing
together
: under your leadership. This is a very good thing. Of course you
are Miss
: Lura, but I couldn't resist the reference to the Novel and the Movie
"Gone
: With the Wind", and Miss Scarlett.O'Hara.
:
: Please don't take me unkindly. I like your attitude and approach to
the
: Carroll genealogy puzzle. I was not able to do that as well as you
will..
:
: If anyone wishes to have it, I have made a GEDCOM file for Charles
Carroll
: of Carrollton, and will send it.to them privately..
:
: All The Best,
