Hello,
I corresponded with Phillip Carroll of Dohregan Mansion last year. He was
gracious, elderly, and didn't feel up to taking any tests. I will try him
again but I know that he is over eighty years old. But I was happy that he
responded in writing. In my readings about the Maryland area the family to
which he is related is quite large so if someone lives in that area it seems
like they might be able to talk one of the youngers ones into taking the
FamilyTreeDNA test.
Regards
Kevin
