I have about 65 "CARRINGTON's" from the book titled "20th Century
Cabell's and Their Kin" by Randolph Wall CABELL. Perhaps you have seen
this book or "The Cabells and Their Kin" from 1895 or 1939 by Alexander
Brown.

Louisa Elizabeth CABELL b: 19Feb1798 at Union Hill, Nelson Co. VA. Her
father was Judge William H. CABELL (1772-1853)--son of Col. Nicholas
CABELL (1750-1803) and Hannah CARRINGTON (28March1751-7Aug1817); her
mother was Elizabeth CABELL (1774-1801)--daughter of Col. William
CABELL, Sr.(1730-1798) and Margaret JORDAN (1742-1812) Louisa married
on 23May1820 Henry CARRINGTON. Col. Wm. and Col. Nicholas were
brothers.
Hannah CARRINGTON (28March1751-7Aug1817) married 16Apr1772 Col.
Nicholas CABELL (29Oct.1750-18Aug1803). He was born at Warminster,
Albemarle Co., VA--son of Wm. CABELL,M.D. (1699-1774) & Elizabeth BURKS
(abt. 1706-1756)
Hannah & Nicholas had ten children: William, George, Elizabeth,
Joseph C., Nicholas, Mary Anne, Mayo Carrington, Hannah, Henningham, and
Paul C. The last four died as infants or before reaching teenage years.
