WOW!
I think we need to talk more on this one! Here is how my brickwall
goes....C.D. Carrington, b. abt. 1812 in NC. In 1840 he shows up on the
Marshall Co TN census living next to a Nelson Carrington. Also in the
Macoupin Co, ILL marrriages I find where Nelson Carrington married
there. Now I have Nelson's line...and I DO know that he ends up in
northern AL. Whereas my C.D.Carrington ends up in Graves co, KY. There
have always been major rumors in my family of NA ancestry...but nothing
proven to date. Sounds like we need to talk about this one to me!
Ok...now here is the next one....C.D.'s son(supposedly) William F.
Carrington b. 14 May 1839 in Marshall Co, TN married a Jane Elizabeth
Forrester(many different spellings) in Weakly Co TN on 1 Jan 1882. Wm
was married 3 different times...Jane was my line.
Sound like this could...just could be something here....What do you
think?
