This is the first wife of my relative - Thomas S. Carrier who
fought in the Civil War - C0. K 26 Regt TN Inf - He applied for
and received a pension for his services. I have a file about 2
inches thick on him including his pension application and some
letters in his handwriting written to my Great Grandfather John C.
describing his life and farm in Texas. He remarried after this
wife's death and I have a copy of his will. The land he owned now
sits under parts of Ft. Worth, Tarrant Co., TX. To my knowledge
he and Fannie had no children.
To the photographer of this headstone - some info I have says he
was buried next to her - did you see a stone for him?
If you are related to this man, please contact me if you want any
info or copies of docs I have.
