Did you happen to notice the height listed for them, seems to range from 5'
to about 5' 10".
Wonder where the 7' gene from Thomas went.

Saint Louis (Missouri) Public Library writes that the descriptive
rosters for Illinois Civil War soldiers are now available on the
Illinois State Archives website. It is possible to copy and paste the
information provided there into your own publications or files.
