These are great pictures. I'm interested in learning more about this
William Henry Carrier. My ancestral grandfather William Henry Carrier
(Samuel C, Amaziah, Amos, Richard, Thomas) spent his last years in Buchanan
County Iowa. Suppose they are cousins?

One of our list members, Bud Carrier/Samuels sent me 3 of her family
photographs she believes were taken in Missouri about the turn of the
century and in Oklahoma in 1929.
This line appears to go back to Germany, but Most proven is Shenandoah
Valley. Ohio, Southern Missouri to central Mo. and then to Oklahoma.
They are amazing in that everyone in them is labeled unlike the
pictures most of us have with 40 million unknowns.
I've put them on the wiki page at
http://carrier-genealogy.wikispaces.com/
She would be glad to exchange info with anyone interested.

I looked for any tie into the Thomas/Martha line but couldn't find any
connection. Maybe Bud can provide you with more info.
