This is the military record I was speaking of. It is for a much younger Amos than Amos
s/o Richard Carrier. I believe him to be the son of Amos and Phebe and a possible parent
for Amariah whom I have pretty well proven was not born in 1754, was not a twin to
Amaziah, but possibly a nephew.

list of deserters; age, 30 yrs.; stature, 5 ft. 7 in.; complexion, dark; residence, Lenox;
