KATHLEEN SENT THIS OUT YESTERDAY:
Dear Family:
When I began a few months ago reaching out to Carrier descendents for
a reunion, I was hoping for a few dozen intrepid souls to join in a
celebration of family; of personal connection bridging generations and
long distances. To date, I have about 185 family members confirmed
for the weekend! We have filled hotels all over Salem(***see below).
Below is the updated schedule. I've had to forego the pleasure of a
guided tour with the Carriers because of the sheer number of
attendees. However, we will provide maps and points of interest so
that, between the Saturday morning presentation and the afternoon book
panel, you will be free to wander about at will, discovering the
wonders of Salem. Schedules and venue sites may change, so I will
confirm everything late September or early October.
Have a wonderful rest of the summer!
