This line, as far as I have been able to determine, is
probably the Joseph of James listed 1783 with
6 white inhabitants in his household

It's unlikely that this is the Joseph who married Amelia
Demar in PG Co. MD in 1781 as the paper
trail suggests Milly was in PG Co. MD in 1820 & Joseph died ca 1816.
Records of Joseph in Washington Co., KY indicate that some of
his offspring were born in the 1770's.
